Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You do not need to provide a specific reason for the return.

For order cancellations or modifications, you have 12 hours from the time you place your order to cancel or request a modification.

After this period, you can no longer cancel or modify your order for logistical reasons. You can return your order at your expense once you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Some products are not eligible for return:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, except for additional charges incurred from a delivery option other than the free delivery offered.

This refund will be credited within 30 days to the account used for payment on our site.

Return Fees

Please note that if you decide to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage (e.g., a change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To ensure the product is returned in good condition, we recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

If the returned product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.

In this case, Samurai Katana Sword will reimburse return shipping costs as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance with consumer rights.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees.

Proof of Delivery

We strongly encourage you to obtain proof of delivery and follow our return procedure.

WHAT IS PROOF OF DELIVERY?

Proof of delivery can be evidence of the package’s shipment, such as a photo of your order at the post office.

We highly recommend taking a photo of your proof of delivery in case you lose it.

If we request proof of delivery and you cannot provide it, we will not be able to process your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All refunds are processed within 30 days.

Exchange Policy for Personalized Products

Personalized products include all products from the store that can be customized with text.

These are gifts created using your own materials (text, etc.).

These are highly personalized products.

As these products cannot be resold, you do not have a right of withdrawal for our personalized products.

However, if the specifications you provided were not met by Samurai Katana Sword, we commit to replacing your product with another that strictly conforms to the specifications.

Additionally, if the products arrive damaged or defective, we also commit to replacing the affected products.

You must send us your request by email or mail, accompanied by photos.
